Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 09153886962 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fitness/wellness products
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at 09153886962 to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Cancellation

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy. Sale and custom items are non-cancellable.
Refunds on approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days via Paystack.
